Sigma 50mm F2.8 Macro EF-Mount Lens Rental in Surrey, BC
A true macro lens for Canon EF bodies: it focuses close enough to fill the frame at life size (1:1), for product shots, jewellery, food detail and nature close-ups. It opens to f/2.8 and works as a sharp everyday 50mm too. At full magnification the lens sits close to the subject, so watch for its shadow. It covers full frame, so it suits our Canon 6D, and takes 55mm filters.

Good to know
- It's EF-mount. It fits Canon EF bodies like our 6D directly, and Canon RF bodies with our EF to RF adapter, added separately.
- Front and rear caps, the LH550-02 hood and a 55mm UV filter come with it.
- The front of the lens extends as you focus closer, so leave room in front of it.
- There's no stabilization in the lens, and at life size the smallest movement shows, so use a tripod.
