A fast 50mm prime for Sony E-mount bodies like the A7 IV, A7S III and FX3. At f/1.4 it throws the background soft for interviews and portraits and copes with dim rooms. It's a big lens for a 50, about 880 g, takes 77mm filters and focuses as close as 40 cm. For even shallower focus, our Sony FE 50mm f/1.2 GM opens a little wider.

Good to know
- The front and rear caps, the LH830-02 hood and a 77mm UV filter are in the case.
- It's the E-mount version of a lens first made for DSLRs, so it's long for a 50, about 126 mm. Check your gimbal's payload before you plan to fly it.
- There's no stabilization in the lens. The FX3, A7 IV and A7S III steady it with their in-body stabilization.
