An ultra-wide f/2.8 zoom for full-frame Sony bodies: real estate, architecture, tight interiors and night skies. It weighs about 795 g and focuses as close as 28 cm. There's no front filter thread; the lens is designed to take sheet filters at the rear instead. For Canon EF bodies, our Sigma 14-24 DG HSM covers the same range.

Good to know
- It's the lens only. It fits full-frame Sony E-mount bodies like our FX3 and a7 IV.
- A rear cap and Sigma's slip-on front cap come with it.
- The hood is built in and the front glass bulges, so screw-in ND won't fit. Sheet filters go in the holder at the back of the lens.
- There's no stabilization in the lens, so it relies on the camera's.
- On a Super 35 body like the FX30, it frames like about 21-36mm.
