Run a presentation or conference
A talk, a meeting or a small conference needs three things from the AV: everyone hears the speaker, everyone sees the slides, and nobody trips on a cable. The packages cover one or two people speaking and one screen. Add mics and speakers as the room grows.
Two questions settle the rest. How many people will be in the room, and how many will speak at the same time? The dual wireless kit covers two people speaking at once. The Epson projector suits a room where the lights can be dimmed; a bright room with big windows needs more than it gives.
