DSLR/Mirrorless
Canon EOS R Rental in Surrey, BC
Canon's first full-frame mirrorless camera, and the lower-cost way onto our Canon RF lenses. It's a capable stills body with dependable autofocus, but its 4K video is cropped, so a wide lens frames tighter than you'd expect. For video, the R6 Mark II is the stronger Canon. A battery and an SD card come in the case.

Good to know
- It's body only, so add a Canon RF lens from the list below. EF lenses fit with an EF to RF adapter.
- One LP-E6 battery and one 64GB SD card are in the case. Canon rates a battery at about 370 shots, so add a spare for a full day.
- It has one SD card slot, so there's no backup recording to a second card.
- 4K tops out at 30 fps. For smooth slow motion, HD goes up to 120 fps.
Canon EOS R, 5D Mark III or R6 Mark II?
All three take LP-E6 batteries. Here's what changes as you go up or down.
