XLR3F to 1/4 in TRS Adapter Rental in Surrey, BC
A small adapter with a three-pin female XLR on one end and a 1/4-inch TRS connection on the other. Plug an XLR cable from a mic or mixer into it to reach a 1/4-inch input on an amp, interface or recorder. TRS is balanced like XLR, so the signal stays clean. The XLR3M to 1/4 in TRS Adapter covers the male side.

Good to know
- The XLR end is female, so it takes the end of an XLR cable or a mic.
- It only changes the connector, not the level. A mic stays at mic level going into a line input, so turn the gain up.
- Use a TRS cable or socket on the 1/4-inch side. A two-contact TS plug won't carry the balanced signal.
