PrismLens Handheld Spectre FX 100mm Filter Rental in Surrey, BC

A handheld glass effects filter, 100 mm across, that you hold in front of the lens. Four outer sections surround a clear centre, so your subject stays sharp while the edges of the frame pick up a ghosting smear that looks like slow-shutter motion blur. Move or tilt it during the take to shape the effect. A 1/4-20 thread lets you mount it to an arm instead. Try it alongside the PrismLens Split Diopter FX.

Good to know

You hold it in front of the lens, so it works on any lens, with no thread to match.
It's 100 mm across. On a large cinema lens, check that it covers the front element.
The 1/4-20 thread on the handle lets you hold it on an arm when you can't hand-hold it.
The effect changes with focal length and aperture. Test it at the lens and stop you'll shoot.
