A Manfrotto monopod for events, sports and wildlife, where you carry a long lens all day and a tripod would slow you down. It takes the weight off your arms and steadies your stills, and you can pick it up and move with the action. Mount the camera straight on top, or add a head like our Manfrotto 804RC2 or Rocketfish TRPM70 video head for easier tilting. For a camera that stands on its own, take our light tripod with ballhead.

Good to know
- It comes without a head. Mount the camera straight on top, or add a head like our Manfrotto 804RC2 or Rocketfish TRPM70.
- A monopod doesn't stand on its own, so keep a hand on it. For locked-off shots, take a tripod.
- For video, it steadies the frame but won't hold a perfectly still shot.
