A pocket 360 camera that records everything around it at once, up to 8K, so you choose the framing afterwards in Insta360's app instead of on the day. Use it for action sports, vehicles, virtual tours and behind-the-scenes. Mount it on our selfie stick with a 1/4 in. screw for follow shots. It records to microSD. For a regular single-angle action camera, the DJI Osmo Action or GoPro Hero 5 costs less per day.

Good to know

  • A battery runs about 140 minutes at 8K 30 fps, or about 79 minutes at 8K 50 fps.
  • You reframe 360 footage in Insta360's app or desktop software before it's a normal video, so plan time for that in the edit.
  • The two lenses stick out on both sides. Set it down on its base, never on a lens.
  • It's waterproof to 20 m without a case.
