Samyang 85mm F1.4 Aspherical F-Mount Lens Rental in Surrey, BC
A fast 85mm portrait lens for Nikon F-mount cameras like our D850. At f/1.4 it throws the background well out of focus and gathers plenty of light indoors. On the full-frame D850 it's a classic head-and-shoulders length; on the crop-sensor D5300 it frames tighter, like a short telephoto. It takes 72mm filters. For a zoom that runs from wide to portrait, our Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 is the alternative.

Good to know
- The front and rear caps, the hood and a 72mm UV filter are in the case.
- It's a lens only, so add a Nikon F-mount body like our D850 or D5300.
- Focus is manual. At f/1.4 the sharp zone is thin, so check focus in magnified live view.
- Electronic contacts let Nikon bodies meter with it in A, S, M and P modes.
