NPF 550 Dummy Battery Rental in Surrey, BC
A dummy battery shaped like a Sony NP-F battery, so gear that runs on NP-F, like our Zoom F6 recorder or a Hollyland Mars transmitter, can run from an external power source through its cable instead. On a long day that means no battery swaps in the middle of a take. If you'd rather keep the gear cordless, rent our NPF 970 or NPF 550 batteries and the Dual NPF Charger.

Good to know
- It goes in the battery slot of gear that takes Sony NP-F batteries, in place of a battery.
- It needs a power source on the other end of its cable. Ask us which plug it has when you book.
- Secure the cable to the rig so a tug doesn't pull it out mid-take.
