A Matthews light stand with two risers that reaches about 2.5 m (8.4 ft) and drops to about 1 m. It's rated for 11 kg on its 5/8-inch stud, which covers most LED panels and flashes in a modifier. Good to know
- It's the stand only. Add a sandbag on a leg when it's near full height or carries a softbox.
- The top is a 5/8-inch baby pin, which fits most LED lights and brackets. A light with a junior (1-1/8 inch) receiver needs a bigger stand.
- On uneven ground, spread the legs as wide as they go before you raise it.
