Backdrops/Light Control
Black Muslin Backdrop 10'x10' Rental in Surrey, BC
A 10 x 10 ft (about 3 x 3 m) black muslin backdrop for low-key portraits and interviews where the background should fall away to black. Muslin is matte, so it soaks up light rather than bouncing it, and it also works as negative fill or to black out a window. Hang it on our Backdrop Support Kit and keep your lights aimed away from it. Our Hand Steamer for Backdrops takes out the folds. For a wider set, take the 10'x12'.

Good to know
- Our Backdrop Support Kit spans up to 12.9 ft, wide enough for this one.
- Add our pony clamps to hold it on the crossbar.
- It travels folded, so leave time to steam out the creases.
- Keep it well behind your subject so it reads as black.
