Aputure Light Dome 150 Softbox 59 in. Rental in Surrey, BC

Aputure's biggest Light Dome: 150 cm across and 80 cm deep, for a wide, soft key that wraps around a subject or lights a small group evenly. It fits Bowens-mount lights and needs a strong one to fill it, so pair it with our LS 600X Pro, STORM 400x or STORM 1200x. It weighs about 3.3 kg before the light goes on, so use a heavy stand and a sandbag. For a single seated interview, the 35-inch Light Dome III is easier to place.

Good to know

  • It's a modifier only. It needs a strong Bowens-mount light, like our LS 600X Pro or STORM 1200x, which rents separately.
  • The weight sits high once the light is on, so use a heavy-duty stand and a sandbag.
  • For a smaller room or one seated interview, our Light Dome III or Quick Dome 90 is easier to place.
